This project revolves around the danish flight company Nordic Seaplanes. The project works with the innovation of Nordic Seaplanes, a water plane flight route from Copenhagen harbour to Aarhus Harbour, which is operated with a departure five times a day from each harbour. This innovation is analysed and discussed through three parts, Innovation, The Market and Experience economy, where a final discussion is made using the key points made in these three parts of the project.
Finally the project seeks to discuss how Nordic Seaplanes works with the innovation, and what impact this has on the innovation. Where the project seeks to understand whether Nordic Seaplanes is sustainable from the way the company works with the innovation.
Empirically the project uses different literature to present and discuss the different theories in the project. Whereas there is made an interview with Nordic Seaplanes, an observation as a passenger on a flight with Nordic Seaplanes, and a conversation with a passenger, obtained as empirical data for this project.
