This project revolves around the danish flight company Nordic Seaplanes. This innovation is analysed and discussed through three parts, Innovation, The Market and Experience economy, where a final discussion is made using the key points made in these three parts of the project.

Empirically the project uses different literature to present and discuss the different theories in the project. Whereas there is made an interview with Nordic Seaplanes, an observation as a passenger on a flight with Nordic Seaplanes, and a conversation with a passenger, obtained as empirical data for this project.
