This project analyzes why the volunteer organization LEO Club København is struggling to recruit new members and thereby expanding their club. Our analysis shows that the internal structure and vision had not been properly laid down to the members of LEO Club København due to a communication gap between LEO Club København and their sponsor club Lions Club Østerbro. Furthermore, in the light of this conclusion, the project analyzes how LEO Club København can meet the needs of their potential target group through an analysis of the organization and an analysis of the potential target group itself. Finally, the results of this analysis will be to draft a communication strategy for LEO Club København in order to recruit new members in the future.
