During the following project, we intend to examine the social enterprise, KBHFF Engros, in order to ascertain which strategy they ought best to employ in order to ensure the viable sustainability of their organisation. Thus, we contact the organisation Engros in order to gain knowledge regarding their future plans and current issues in their development. Thus, we perform qualitative interviews with key members in order to gain data. During our work, we are continually guided by our theoretical framework; furthermore, our report The project is heavily based on information which is shared by the members of Engros and Engros working documents.
We come to understand the current state of Engros and their issues, and, by means of the provided theoretical framework, gauge the viability of the market which they wish to enter into.Additionally we make suggestions regarding their marketing strategy by, for example, providing a positioning statementwhich could, theoretically, assist Engros to enter, and stay in, the market.
