supermarkets. We have collected both quantitative and qualitative data, in order to give a proper response to our problem. This has been done through a survey between the members of the Copenhagen Food Community and through interviews with the person in charge of purchasing for Copenhagen Food Community, the suppliers and Coop Denmark. The analyzing of this data showed, among other things, that the increased focus on organic products in supermarkets, not will have any effect on the members of Copenhagen Food Community and they probably won’t leave KBHFF for shopping at Coop. Not even the suppliers are willing to let go of the corporation with the Copenhagen Food Community, in favor of the supermarkets. In both cases this is due to the values that the Copenhagen Food Community represents, which is what the members and famers are seeking. 3 The project does, however, shows how the future may hold some complications for the organization, if the number of members continues to rise. In that case, it could put pressure the volunteers, considering working hours, but it could also challenge the small farmers and their capabilities to supply, a bigger amount of bags on weekly basis, as most of them properly will not be able to keep up with demand. The conclusion, at this time, is however, that the members and farmers will not back out of the corporation with the Copenhagen Food Community.
