This research aims to investigate how education facilities and skill training can contribute to the development of Rohingya Refugees with hope for securing a better future. The objectives to achieve this aim includes determining the challenges regarding providing educational and skill development support to the Rohingyas, identifying how educational and skill development assistance can be provided to the Rohingyas. Determining what educational and skill development programs are suitable for the Rohingyas, and determining the benefits of providing education and skill development program to the Rohingyas. The researcher has implemented positivism philosophy, adopted a deductive research approach, applied survey research strategy and have gone for both quantitative and qualitative research method for completing this research. To depict the real context regarding the research topic, the researcher has selected 60 sample participants based on the convenience sampling method. The limitations of this research were focusing mainly on the future implication of education and skill training, focusing on the current problems regarding education and skill training programs, and inability to explain a causal relationship between the variables. The main challenges to providing skill training and development support to the Rohingyas are inadequate funding, government restriction, less focus on skill training and development, and the poor environment in the camps, insufficient facilities in the education centres. The recommendations to overcome these challenges and securing a better future for the Rohingyas include increasing funding, improving infrastructure and facilities in the education centres, focusing more on training and development, emphasising on vocational training, appointing teachers and trainers with specialised skills, and facilitate the learning of children with disabilities.
