Studenteropgave: Fagmodulprojekt

This report focuses on methods to obtain the goals and requirements for a website. The report is based on taking these goals and requirements and creating a lighter and more user-friendly website using Information architecture. In this report the group has worked together with Globalhagen which is a nonprofit organization. Since Globalhagen is an NPO and they want to donate as much as possible to their campaign, they are nearly fully volunteer driven and with that comes the lack of being able to pay professionals to help them out. In this report we come with our suggested solution for a redesign of their website that should make it more user friendly, easy to use and be able to tell the story they want to tell the users. We will use methods like affinity diagram for the goals and requirements and make some rapid prototypes we, together with the Globalhagen team, can evaluate on. From these evaluations we will then build iterations and we can test on some users. To test we have mixed usability and a thinking out loud test to get the results we are looking for. The reason behind this is to track both the user’s movements on the website, together with the user’s thoughts and opinions of the experience.
