This project sought to understand how the Danish startup Televindu incorporates learning and user involvement in the process of bringing their innovation to the market. We analyzed the innovation process from three perspectives: decision-making process, the interactive process between technological design and users feedback and incorporation of sustainability in the business model. The findings are the following: First, effectual logic predominated the decision making process, with an emphasis on emergent thinking and learning through action rather than carefully planned action. Second, the openness of the entrepreneurs to listen to the user's feedback with regards to the design of the technology, enables Televindu to better respond to the needs of the elderly and provide a video content that maximizes the users value. Third, sustainability is incorporated in the business model in a way that deliver both financial and social value.
