MobilePay has become a popular app in Denmark with over 3 million users. The most common use of MobilePay is by money transactions between private users. But MobilePay have developed a mobile payment function in the app that rarely has been used by the many users.
Therefor the subject of this project is to develop a marketing strategy, which purpose is to spread knowledge about the payment function and increase the usage of mobile payment in grocery stores in Denmark.
In the development of the strategy we have interviewed 34 costumers of Netto and also interviewed MobilePays chief communications consultant.
We ended up creating an information campaign that included a storyboard of a commercial video and a poster.
