This project examines campagning and dialogue on the social media Facebook based on the case of "Hej Sundhedsvæsen", a Danish campaign meant to encourage patients to get more involved in their own case when meeting the Danish health care system. The project draws in particular on the theories of social media expert Peter Svarre and dialogue expert Louise Phillips and examines the site based on interviews and posts from the site. We conclude that the site's main points of improvement are: 1) making the purpose and identity of the site clear, and 2) dialogue is not wanted by the site's users and should be prioritized less as a strategy.
