Studenteropgave: Semesterprojekt

This study examines the development organization IBIS and the challenges they face working with volunteers. The study is based on empirical data which includes a volunteer strategy and interviews with two volunteers and two employees. Theories about how to guide, mobilize and motivate volunteers are used to illuminate our empirical data. The study concludes is that IBIS needs to choose a strategy in accordance with which they will work with their volunteers in order to minimize the difficulties they have had previously, when working with the volunteers during the campaign called ‘Find skatten’.
