We will throughout this paper conclude some factors where e-nettet can improve their change management approach, and thereby optimize the organization's culture of change inside the organization. We have conducted the project with an abductive research approach, which helped us to understand the agile transformation e-nettet is going through regarding their organizational structure. Firstly, we have throughout qualitative interviews learned that e-nettet needs to improve their tools to change management and establish their conceptual framework in the organization for both their employees and their management. Secondly, we have used Karl E. Weick and Henry Mintzberg to conduct a model, which include situational management. To do this we used social constructivism as our scientific theory, which follows that e-nettet needs to bring the model in use on their own terms and modify it to their own needs. The management style of e-nettet is based on trust and reliance of their employees, which has been challenged by the agile transformation of the organization. These challenges have been caused by miscommunication from the management to the employees, regarding the involvement of the employees in the decision-making process.
