This project takes a closer perspective on the problem regarding the 5.520 of the 11.368 Danish young graduates, who for more than two years ago is today still on public benefits. The project aims to go into a deeper study from an interdisciplinary perspective, which is the project management and organizational relations for the company. Therefore, there will be a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary in the project. Therefore, the assignment will be based on different theories, as we find appropriate to use to answer the problem in the assignment. The project concluded with the young graduates in Næstved municipality may with the proper guidance and coaching, experience a shorter period on the public maintenance. At the same time, do we arrive at the conclusion that the companies’ new activation programs can have an impact on a smaller period of unemployment for young graduates in the future.
