Abstrakt

The concept of legitimisation with special focus on dialogue in the Danish National Agency for Patients' Rights and Complaints. Our hypothesis is: The purpose of implementing a new communication tool for dialogue is to raise trust in the Danish health care system. With a recent reform of the Danish National Agency for Patients' Rights and Complaints, it has become possible to complain about system failures and not only about specific persons in the medical staff.
