This assignment takes its point of departure in bullying in a definite Danish Primary School. The purpose of the report is an examination of the social processes, which take place when we deal with bullying. The assignment focuses on the aspects of importence for the maintenance of bullying in 2nd a, from a social constructionistic-inspired point of view. For the analysis of the interaction are different keyconceptions of Pierre Bourdieu used such as field, habitus, capitals and symbolic violence. Different aspects of importence are the teachers expectations of specific pupils together with the expectations among the pupils, the culture of the class and the powerrelations between the pupils. Furthermore the aspects are seen in a greater context. Finally the social situation in 2nd a and possible solutions of the problem are discussed. In connection to this social initiatives such as “second step” (trin for trin) is discussed, which 2.nd a uses. In addition to this the anti-bullying “Classmeeting method” is also involved, while we discuss an apropriate solution for the bullying in 2nd a.
