Studenteropgave: Semesterprojekt

Abstrakt

This project examines the term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in proportion to the adoption organization Danish International Adoption. The project wish to seek a higher understanding of how the organization uses this term, after a lot of criticism about adoption has occurred in the media. Furthermore this project will focus on the development of the organization when the critic in the media addresses a picture that Danish International Adoption does not take this term into account. It is possible, that the criticism of the former organization DanAdopt is linked to the foundation of the new organization, and thereby lead to the establishment of Danish International Adoption. The purpose of this project is to understand the meaning of the term CSR, and if it has the desired effect. The reason why we have decided to look at CSR in proportion to adoption, is in the interest to see if an organization like Danish International Adoption, even can act after the principles of CSR, when it is an emotive subject that concerns children.
