This report examines the possibilities of the construction of a serious educational computer game. The game is minded at supporting a differentiated instruction through methods from Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development and Bruner’s Scaffolding. Through an analysis of the State of the Art we’ve pointed out some specific affordances to include in our constructed game. After finishing the construction of the game we tested it in a 5th grade,and lastly discussed our design goals with the outcome of the test.
