The project is an interdisciplinary study of Christiania, which is mainly used in Political Science and Sociology. The Freetown has been located in Christianshavn in 40 years and they recently lost the rights of use over the area, the 18th February 2011, which has now been transferred to the state. Examined in the task of social paradigms is by constructing a “society in society” and the ideological and value conflicts that arise from this. Used are methodological qualitative interviews, and theorists as, Michel Foucault, Bent Flyvbjerg, Karl Marx and David Harvey to thoroughly illustrate the problem through power theory, ideological basis and urban planning. Concludes the society's inclusiveness and factors for the Freetown’s possibility of "survival".
