Recent developments in digital technology enables new business model and new forms of works for providing services. Platform business has become a good opportunity and practice in Danish business environment. This thesis is a study on freelance platform business practice of Chabber and aims to answer the research questions of ‘How leader and management are engaged in operating Chabber as digital freelance platform?’. This study is carried out by inductive and qualitative approach. The primary data are collected by using semi-structured interview with Valdemar Gaarn Rasmussen (Company Co-founder), official website of company and their yearly financial report they published. Secondary data are collected from the past research on platform business in Denmark and other countries. With an interpretivist point of research intend to explore and interpret the findings in order to answer the research question. In addition, this research discussed the background of Chabber, concept of business model and its implementation in the business, discussion on platform business from different perspectives. Furthermore, it discussed on two-sided market theory, networks effects, platform quality management, customer relationship management and its importance while performing the business. Chabber seen in a front row to experience how recruitment in the hotel and catering industry is digitalized in Denmark. The study reveals that Company seems to be open with the ideas from the freelancer and client that results many innovative idea on the table in the process of business construction. The company leaders are committed to providing better services through the platform which helps them towards successful growth.
