(UK) This report contains an examination of a fifth grade’s technical and interest profit, of the feature Today`s Experiment in the natural science TV program Blå Barracuda, and a constructive teaching situation approximately the same as Today`s Experiment. The problem is solved by way of a theoretic introduction to teaching theories and interview techniques, plus an analysis of Blå Barracuda`s method of introduction. We chose two programs, carried out, two parallel practical courses, of the two different forms of introduction, and ended it all with interviewing the fifth grade. We then analyzed the following results. The conclusion, arising from the analysis, was that it was not only the method of introduction, but also the level of the introduced, that had a decision on, how much was understood and the amount of interest accordingly shown. In certain cases, we were able to put the results into a constructive comprehendible frame. This was seen by the way the children, quite by themselves, constructed new and even more precise understanding of the introduced subject. This examination is qualitative and is therefore not a general survey of the problem.
