When starting off, my primary goal was to examine how Berlingske Media’s values and culture are. The project takes as its starting point, Berlingske Media's values and also examine whether it is possible for Berlingske, to maintain the culture, including the values across the organization, or whether there might be a breach of these in some places. To identify our conclusion, I have used theory by Edgar Schein in order to analyze the cultural levels in the organization. Furthermore I study what the values are and how the culture is embedded in "The Berlingske Way, and how it comes to this expression, and also how the values will be applied across the organization.
