The Agile methods are defined as an umbrella term with many different sets of tools that can help a company achieve an Agile mindset and Agile culture. This paper addresses GroupM’s vision for an Agile transformation, from the COO’s perspective to one specific team’s approach of using Agile tools. Agile methodologies are relevant at this point in time due to the digital transformation where both artefacts but also work processes are being digitalized. Our findings suggest that using Agile tools creates more value by involving clients early in the process, making work tasks more efficient and thereby reduce errors along the way. Prior analyzing GroupM’s steps towards becoming more Agile, we draw on theory about Agile values and The Agile Manifesto from 2001. The theoretical framework exemplifies the importance of an Agile mindset to reach a successful implementation where change often meets resistance and requires habituation. The report's empirical data was collected using qualitative method with semi structured interviews to gain an understanding of both the employees and managers perspective on the transformation. The analysis proposes an extension of our implementation design based on the Plista team’s current workflow, which we believe is transferable to other companies going through an Agile transformation.
