Studenteropgave: Fagmodulprojekt

This project puts an emphasis on Otto Scharmer’s Theory U and it’s practical application toward the specific case study of the Japanese Marine Self-Defence Force’s (JMSDF) structural composition within the organisation. Moreover this project wishes to explore the dilemma of duality within the field of psychological research, and how this impacts its ontology and epistemology. This is supported by the portraying of the eclectic method that covers theoretical aspects such as spiritual and material, consisting of the theorists: Ken Wilber, Alan Watts, Henri Bortoft, Philip Franses and Niels Engelsted. By the use of theory U the project investigates the coverage of both dualistic and non-dualistic thought. In conclusion, through the use of theory U, and by grasping non-dualistic theory, this can help illustrate the dilemma of duality within the psychological field, and thereby be a method of facilitating social change on both large and small scale problematics.
