Abstrakt

In this paper we are discussing our program, which is based on the OAuth 2.0 protocol in an Android application. The app is based on a WebView and adds an extra layer of security on top of OAuth. We use 2-Factor Authentication with an e-mail to achieve this. The server is built upon the Jooby framework and is a local hosted server, which the application can access and show through the WebView. The WebView content is HTML based. The server program is using most of the Model-View-Controller IT architecture, and the server’s data is saved in a SQLite database. The database holds the user’s e-mails, passwords and email code. The goal of the program is to demonstrate the OAuth 2.0 protocol as a concept, but with a security extension.
