This project was written by Ott Rabi, Jana Voronina, Marie Luskova and Marc Ernst – four international students of Social Entrepreneurship and Management at the Roskilde University, Denmark under supervision of Christian Franklin Svensson Ph.D.. The research has been developed from approach of interpretivism and focuses on challenging the universal nature of the “United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights” as a CSR strategy. The explored aspects include academic field of Corporate Social Responsibility, theoretical discussion about universal concept that incorporates the UN “Protect, Respect and Remedy” Framework and further understanding of social value measurement.
