This is an expert paper written for UN Women and the Commission for the Status of Women on the use and effectiveness of different types of gender quotas adopted in 1.politics, 2.Pubic administration, and 3 Business (coroparte quotas), and the present spill-over between these arenas. The report is based on research on quota adoption and use around the world.
