Abstract

This short blog article discusses Gambia's genocide case against Myanmar at the International Court of Justice. The case commenced in December 2019. It is initiated by the Gambia, backed by the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation, and alleges that Myanmar is carrying out genocidal policies against its Rohingya population.
