    Artiklen handler om metoder til udvikling af concepter for bæredygtig brødproduktion. Der testes en metode kaldet forskningsværksteder, i hvilken dialoger mellem eksperter og lægfolk gøres mulig på demokratisk forsvarligt grundlag.
