Shared Care in Diabetes?

    Abstract

    The Danish National Board of Health has recently released a report that is intended to mark the start of a new project to establish it support for shared care in diabetes. In this paper I raise a number of concerns where lack of attention towards participation from prospective users constitute potential, yet very real, risks for the system not to meet its intended goals.
