Abstract

In the throes of … nothingness, a person may feel anguish. He [sic!] feels as though he were drowning in non-sense and nothing can save him. All his efforts seemed to have failed, and he shouts for life. Does his intense pain mean anything? Will anything make sense? Does nothing make sense? (Kraft 1974, 21).
