Abstract
Living Lab (LL) has recently attracted attention as a co-creative service design method that involves endusers. In order to increase the number of successful LL projects, it is useful to extract and describe “key know-how to realizing successful LL projects” from experienced practitioners.
This research extracts and describes such know-how, and presents the results in an easy-to-reuse manner that takes the form of a book. The book can be a tool that supports LL practitioners. In this research, it will prove extremely useful in planning and operating LL projects.
