Abstract

In this document we will describe how to design a successful change plan for an organizational change by first selecting the right change strategy (combination), using the ten overall change strategies defined in ISO 33014; then defining the directions (principles, policies and guidelines) for the change using the nine change-aspects that we have identified through a comprehensive literature study; and finally establishing a detailed action plan, based on backwards state planning. We think that these steps should be covered when you plan a change, and we will explain the process of creating such a change plan.
