Abstract

This paper introduces and analyzes the ten Danish large corporations about how to successfully introduce service design approaches within their own organizations, and become a part of their innovation strategy and the asset. Analysis on interviews and online investigations shows each corporate innovation style varies, at the same time, characteristics, adopted service design methods and processes have a lot in common. More importantly, a couple of leading innovative corporations we have interviewed with, have started to shift from legendary design thinking process based on workshops to sustainable service design practices through the living lab approach.
