User interfaced learning – adaptive process guidance support systems (Chymeia ApS)

The purpose of the project is to reveal knowledge and principles of how to segment customer categories and attributes into a knowledge repository that can define optimized ways of designing scenarios, optimal workflows and power-user functionality. This is important for the client CHYMEIA because it can guide their developers in identifying design forks and select the best design solutions for optimizing the user experience and workflow of their cloud-based software product “Alpha Omega+”. It can further aid CHYMEIA in designing process guidance support that assists their customer base with completing their tasks effectively and efficiently while establishing routines that improve over time as they work with the system.
