The Symposium aims to create a platform for scholars and practitioners to discuss,
problematise as well as to propose solutions and interventions, regarding contemporary and
sensitive challenging in work-life – and the ways of researching it. The key idea of the Symposium
is to investigate the use of the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs) in organisational strategy and communication for socially responsible innovation in order to improve business ethics
and social responsibility in private and public organisations in China and Scandinavia, but also
worldwide
