The Health check project is a sub-project a large consolidation project of the Electronic Medication Record(EMR) in Regions Zealand. The purpose of health check project is twofold. The first purpose is to identifying focus areas that can lead to a better use of the EMR and better work procedures in order to improve the medication process and make it more secure. The second purpose is to obtain knowledge about specific interventions that can improve the medication process. The interventions are applied and tested by means of an effects-driven participatory action research approach. The PhD student and the senior researcher involved will take part in identifying focus areas and in the design, evaluation and application of the interventions.
