Time is important. Business travel management practices have significantly changed over time. The transparency provided by Internet based travel portals and other services offered by corporate business travel agencies have modernized and simplified travel.
In our report, we explore how current passengers think about transportation, the use of travel time and related potentials of the future diversity in business travels, and what they expect in the future. Guiding questions read: How do passengers utilize on business travel time? Do corporate business passenger differ from those in academia, and if they do, how?
