Beskrivelse
Applying NLP (Natural Language Processing) to current and also historical data, will further
improve not only the predictive patterns to act on, but also improve the accuracy by taking a team’s or an
organization’s jargon into account, recognize predictive patterns earlier (early indications of e.g. decreased
motivation) to utilize talent effectively. The current state of each individual can now be measured over
time by Duuoo, and each state any employee is in can trigger a response based on the assumed path the
employee is on: (un)satisfied, aspiring for more (less), feel stuck, missing (seeking) an opportunity?
