DICO

The DICO project investigates digitalization competences for change agents in healthcare. Research finds that employee participation in digitalization is necessary, but it is also complicated and costly. Examples from practice shows that participation is seldom practiced in an efficient way and seldom delivers the desired results. Academic partners: Norwegian University for Science and Technology, University of Sussex, and Roskilde University. Non-academic partners: Trondheim Municipality, St. Olav’s Hospital, HEMIT, and Helseplattformen. The Project is funded by NTNU.
