Co-producing migrant integration services during challenging times

This research considers how non-profits in Glasgow, Scotland and Montreal, Quebec changed their services (moving online, cancelling events and activities, changing the way they work with service users), the challenges they faced during the pandemic, and how the co-production of services with service users was challenged and modified.
