Forskning

I am a computer scientist and leader of Center for Maritime and Marine Research at RUC. My research is in the area of combinatorial optimization and operation research. My research covers many problems within routing and scheduling from many types of applications among others rail, airport, hospitals and last but not least the maritime area with a focus on energy and ressource efficient operations to ensure a more climate friendly freight transport. Most of my research is conducted in collaboration with companies and public institutions to ensure relevance and applicability.
