Forskning

Forskning : Katia Dupret forsker i det fremtidens arbejdsliv ud fra et socialpsykologisk perspektiv, forandringer i missionsdrevne (purpose-driven) organisationer, teknologi-menneskelige relationer og socialt design. Hun har særligt fokus på, hvordan fagfolk og ledelse sigter mod at skabe bæredygtige måder at organisere sig på for at løse manglende meningsfuldhed, stress og ulighed. Digitaliseringen skaber en ekstra dimension i dette, og hun undersøger, hvordan den globale udvikling påvirker arbejdsengagement, faglige kompetencer, videndeling og etik.

Gennem et socialt innovationsfokus undersøger hun i øjeblikket samfundsmæssigt og civilt engagement i forskningspraksis og -metoder blandt europæiske forskere.

Forskning

Katia Dupret has special competences within the field of technology-human relations and organizational change, practical ethics and social design. The global and technological development and its influence on changes in work related well-being, professional competences, knowledge sharing and ethics are some of her core areas of expertise.  She has a special focus on the future of (knowledge) work and how organizations can get inspired by the field of social entrepreneurship and social innovation in creating more social sustainability. She received her MA from Roskilde University (2002) and her PhD from Aarhus University (2010). She is currently the PI for the multi-stakeholder research project Socially Innovative Knowledge Work that examines the future of knowledge work and how grand challenges can be addressed and resolved through social innovative organizing processes. She collaborates with private companies, NGO’s, sector research institutions, interest organizations and labour unions in the project. She is the founder of the social entrepreneurial Impact Hub, I’mpACT focusing on promoting social innovation and sustainability among university students and external partners through democratic co-creation processes and involvement. She is the head of studies of the professional Master of Social Entrepreneurship at Roskilde University.
