Indikatorer for god praksis i erhvervsuddannelse for flygtninge ERASMUS+

Moving Trades

After a period of closure, the European markets for labour and services have anew been opened for free movement, in recent decades spurring unprecedented flows of labour and skills from the countries around the Baltic
Sea and Eastern Europe to neighbouring countries. In the project "Moving Trades" we will analyse how this labour migration pattern affect skill formation systems and use of skills in the labour market in countriesin both the receiving and sending end of the new migratory flows. The interdependence between countries and the national policy responses to the challenges will influence the outcomes on the national and regional level. On the receiving end we focus on Norway and a group of other countries (Denmark, Germany and Switzerland) that also have collective systems of vocational education and training (VET) based on apprenticeships.

Drenges veje i uddannelsessystemet.

The future of Vocational education – learning from the Nordic countries

Comparative research projects involving researchers from Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The purpose of the project is to generate significant new knowledge on the strengths and weaknesses characterizing the different models of vocational education and training (VET) at higher secondary level in the Nordic countries. This knowledge will increase the opportunities for systematic policy learning in relation to key dilemmas in the development of VET in the future in these countries.
the project has a special focus on how the systems handle the double challenge of qualifying for employment and providing access to HE? The revitalisation of modern forms of apprenticeship programmes in a number of Nordic countries has drawn attention to the risk that these programmes become ‘dead-ends’ in the educational system, with weak linkages to the tertiary level of education. Comprehensive education on the other hand often suffers from weak linkagess to the labour market and difficult transitions to employment. What are the experiences of programmes for double or hybrid that provide access to higher education as well as work-based learning and skilled employment?

Funded by NordForsk programme 'Education for tomorrow' 2013 - 2016

Europæisk forskningsprojekt. Hybrid qualifications - increasing the value of Vocational Education and Training in the context of Lifelong Learning, (Leonardo-projekt). http://hq-lll.eu/

The project has the aim to examine the institutional and functional relations between the subsystems university education (tertiary sector) and vocational education (depending on the country post-secondary or secondary sector) and the labour market and formulate recommendations for constructive further developments of transitions as well as chances of access from the vocational to the tertiary education

Gennemføres i samarbejde med Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Universität Konstanz, University of Southampton.

Drop out in the Nordic countries – project for the Nordic Council of Ministers

Projektet løber i 2009 – 10.
