The Primary Task of this event:•to learn theory and practice of Large Group Identity and how these identities have impact on group dynamics
•to study this experiential and
•to explore how to apply the concepts and experiences to our work and organisations
The ‘Inside dynamics of Large Group Identities’ (LGI) event is developed and hosted by the teaching staff of three International Gathering programs. The International Gathering is an international body of academic program directors and staff, working from a systems-psychodynamic/psychoanalytic systemic perspective. Participants of the LGI event are students and alumni from the courses of the International Gathering.
The following International Gathering programs and staff members are participating in the event:
•Master of the Psychology of Organisations (MPO), Roskilde University, Denmark
OPU, IGA Copenhagen, Denmark
•The Program in Organizational Consultation & Development: A Psychoanalytic Systemic Approach (POCD), Israel
•Inside Dynamics in Organisations, Utrecht University School of Governance (IDO), the Netherlands
