Beskrivelse
Europe in Copenhagen: Political symbols and identity At the turn of the year Denmark took over the EU presidency. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss Denmark's relations with the EU and Europe. Centre for Contemporary European Studies (CEMES) invites you to a discussion meeting and ask: What place has put Europe in Copenhagen's life? How is Europe and the EU be symbolically represented in the Copenhagen cityscape? What can this tell us about Denmark's relations with Europe and the Danish EU debate? Can the EU Presidency influence this relationship? Affects Europe's symbolic presence in Copenhagen citizens identities towards a European identity?Periode | 19 jan. 2012 |
