Join this 90-minute session to explore the use of a collaboration guide developed as a tool for approaching collaborations at all scales. The session welcomes alliance members from all seniorities, disciplines, institutions, and cultures to engage with the guide developed within the framework of the Re:ERUA WP3 Societal Engagement and Collaboration. Focus of the exercises is on possible dilemmas rather than best practices, viewing collaboration as situated in stakeholders’ institutional, disciplinary, and personal contexts. True to a key concept underpinning all outputs of this WP, ethics of care, the guide helps users to develop their own best practices by offering a selection of reflective questions and exercises for each dilemma, which can be chosen based on need and interest. During the session, we offer you an introduction to the guide, designed to elevate collaborations within research groups, interdisciplinary projects, and partnerships towards social responsibility, shared work environments, and social innovation. The guide is available to all via Moodle for all who want to use it in research or teaching collaborations. Come and equip yourselves to carry these tools forward into the future.
