The overall aim of the CUTL is to strengthen ande deveop the teaching endeavoru at RUC. The program provides space and oppurtunity for educators, by themselves and together with others, to critically reflect on experiences with supervision and teaching, and to be introduced to concepts and practices from the field of university pedagogical theory and research. The entire program takes 18 months to complete.
