The overall aim of the CUTL is to strengthen and develop the teaching endeavour at RUC. The program provides space and opportunity for educators, by themselves and together with others, to critically reflect on experiences with supervision and teaching, and to be introduced to concepts and practices from the field of university pedagogical theory and research.
