In this presentation we take a critical look at project management concepts.
What concepts and measures are actually useful in smaller and faster system management, and how can they be applied?
We will survey the nine ‘classic’ project management (PM) principles building on nine areas of PM.
Further we will take a look at more current trends such as agile techniques for system management
