Laura Louise Sarauw, Associate Professor at Roskilde University and member of CHEF, led a workshop called Academic Citizenship in Times of Transition at the DUN Conference in April. This workshop emerged from a collaboration between CHEF and the Higher Education Policy and Practice (HEPP) network. Participants explored global and national perspectives on academic citizenship in higher education, focusing on main topics like academic freedom, pedagogy, and university governance.The workshop addressed urgent questions about the role and responsibilities of universities and higher education within society.
